HOUSE BOAT
2016 • conceptual design
HOUSEBOAT project was focused on designing a boat that will serve as a space for living. Thereby, it should be perceived as an apartment that will be sailing on water.
The design was inspired by Nordic shapes and Scandinavian designs. The combination of simplicity and functionality was achieved while sticking to the given measurements.

The proposal included very intimate interiors such as living room, kitchen with dining area as well as a mezzanine level where a double bed could be find.
The numerous sources of natural light that get into the boat interiors
are the highlight of this design. Thanks to the breaking shape of the ceiling an interesting design aspect was achieved. Beside the interior proposal, an outside terrace area is designed as a place to relax in the fresh air .
